Community Work Day (Library Cleaning)
Saturday, July 26, 2-5pm

Come help us deep clean, organize, and refresh key areas of the library, making our shared space more welcoming while connecting with fellow community members.

Theme: LEVEL UP at Your Library

Libraries across Massachusetts are encouraging readers to level up by reading, completing challenges, and attending programs. Stop by the library to get a signup sheet for a chance to win prizes. Open to all ages.


Ongoing Programs

Storytime!
Tuesday Mornings, 10:30-11am

Join us every Tuesday for stories, songs, movement, and play! This lively and interactive program encourages a love of reading while supporting early literacy development. Open to children ages 0-5 and their caregivers, with many 2-year-olds among our regulars.

This is a drop-in program—registration is not required.


Adult Craft Circle 
Wednesday Afternoons, 4-5pm

Interested in getting together with other community members for a nice chat while you work on your latest craft project? Need help with a knitting conundrum? Look no further. Join us every Wednesday from 4-5 p.m. for a really enjoyable hour. For ages 18+.


Library LEGO Club
Wednesday, 3:15-4:15pm

Unleash your creativity at LEGO Club, hosted by the Petersham Memorial Library. Join us every other week for a one-hour session of hands-on fun, where young builders can take on exciting LEGO challenges or bring their own ideas to life.

This drop-in program is open to all ages and skill levels.


Office Hour with Rep. Aaron Saunders
Second Friday of each month, 2:30-3:30pm

State Rep. Aaron Saunders and/or representatives from his office will be at the library to take your questions and listen to concerns.


Dungeons & Dragons (Online)
Saturdays, 6-8pm

PML hosts Dungeons & Dragon online every Saturday and is open to all ages and skill levels. Contact admin@petershamlibrary.org if you are interested in participating.

Retro-Futuristic Book Club (In-person & Zoom)
Monday, June 23, 7-8pm

Join Rev. Geoffrey Smith for a lively discussion on speculative fiction with steampunk flair. This month, we’ll The Olympian Affair, Book 2 of The Cinder Spires by Jim Butcher. All are welcome—no prior experience needed!
